As the Customer Support Operations department, our job is to understand our customers’ needs, while delivering an authentic human extension to our product offering on an informative, friendly and multi-language level.

OUR ENGLISH SERVICE CENTRE

Being leaders in the field of online gaming entertainment, our English customer service teams comprise of specialist hosts who understand the customers’ needs in context of the industry. Our primary focus is to exceed the customers’ expectations and to execute everything possible to provide them with the best experience. From there, what follows is professional, friendly and knowledgeable service.

OUR FOREIGN SERVICE CENTRE

Our foreign customer service teams, like our English teams, consist of specialist hosts who have knowledge and understanding of the customers within their specific regions. These highly skilled and professionally trained hosts deliver the same levels of service, but in multiple foreign languages. German, Dutch, Italian, French, Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian, Greek, Russian, Japanese, Spanish and Portuguese are among some of the many languages we sustain.

I started here in 2015 as a host. In my 7th month I was promoted to Service Lead. By 2017 I was serving in my current role of Service Manager for our growing German market. What I value about working here in Customer Support and DigiOutsource are the incredible opportunities for growth, the healthy competition between peers, the open door policy of management, and of course, the friendly and supportive atmosphere. It is truly a pleasure to come into work every day!
I joined DigiOutsource in April of 2005 as a Service Host. Since then I’ve had several promotions from VIP Host to Team Lead, Service Manager and eventually, Operations Manager & Specialist. Along the way, I’ve seen this awesome business grow and evolve. I have worked on all products and across many regions, from Casino and Bingo to my current position in Sports. I always was, and still am, super-proud of us as a company and the way in which we look after our number one assets – our people! My favourite part of the job? Creating the next group of young minds and leaders through teaching, growing, moulding and tutoring. I love sharing knowledge and understanding, along with our culture and philosophy. My experiences here have moulded me into the man I am today. There really is no better place to work than DigiOutsource!
